The Benefit of Twins? — Baka II [03]

So I figured I’d scrap the mara­thon idea as blog­ging cuts into the mara­thon time and so I can’t watch as much in the allot­ted time. There­fore, I will just blog whatever I feel like blog­ging

The Kinoshita twins switch roles all for Yuko’s sake. Being identical twins can come with benefits…or not. Hidey­oshi got into a lot of trouble say­ing a little too much (telling the guy about Yuko’s “lit­er­at­ure” pref­er­ences) or much too little (telling Shouko about wear­ing under­wear that day). It was really funny that Aki­hisa finds Hidey­oshi to be more fem­in­ine than Yuko although Yuko had kept her actual voice. Even though Yuko may be academically-gifted, Hideyoshi’s tal­ent comes out as an actor and singer. Proof? Hidey­oshi was able to por­tray Yuko almost per­fectly. He even was able to sound like a girl.

Hidey­oshi is my favor­ite char­ac­ter! <3 Just wanted to throw that out there…

As for the second part of the epis­ode, it took me a while before I real­ized that this took part in the past. It was pretty cute and it showed off Akihisa’s kind side. If Min­ami knew who actu­ally gave her that stuffed animal it could prob­ably improve the rela­tion­ship between her and Aki­hisa… or maybe not. You gotta remem­ber that Aki­hisa is an idiot so even that may not help his case. But any­ways, from what I remem­ber I don’t think there was ever a time that men­tioned how Hazuki and Aki­hisa ever met. Well, this would be that epis­ode then. Let’s see~ if we include Akihisa’s sis­ter that makes 4 girls after Aki’s heart? I think Hazuki (after she grows up) is the best option for Aki… if Aki wants to keep his life… maybe. Don’t kill me for say­ing that please~
