Seiyuu Alert!!
The opening was sung by Itou Kanae, Nakahara Mai, Ueda Kana, and Noto Mamiko. The ending is sung only by Itou Kanae. I definitely like the ending better than the opening. Kanae does a great job singing and I think this is her best so far. She does much better than when she would sing for Shugo Chara, which is probably because she’s trying to keep Amu’s voice at the same time.
So, the real reason I started to watch this show was because of the seiyuus . That’s what also made me watch Akane-Iro no Somaru Saka and Antique Bakery (and some other shows~).
Kanae did a nice job with Koume. You can only hear Amu’s voice at some times but not all the times~ Koume is super cute!
Akiko kinda forces Koume to play baseball with her, but at the end, she decides to do it more of her own will. So she is the 2nd member.
Akiko really surprised me because I was expecting a more stronger character rather than… a Belldandy. Sorry, coudn’t think of anything else but I thought they could have even given Inoue Kikuko this role, too. But, anyways, it wasn’t a bad surprise. It’ll just make things more interesting~
Akiko is the one who brought up the entire idea of playing baseball. She, of course, is the 1st member.
Ueda Kana is one of my favorite seiyuus, but Noe doesn’t start talking until the end of the episode. Interesting character. She’ll be trying to find out a way to beat the boys’ baseball team. Noe is the 3rd member.
Our class president is voiced by Noto Mamiko! Yuki is the 4th member and the one who might know the most about baseball. She might even be the one supporting the team with equipment. Possibly~
There were some other charas that showed up, but they were really only cameos.
Anyways~ Even though this show has good seiyuus, I’ll definitely be sticking around for the story too.
Akiko wants to start a baseball club so she can get back at one guy who made the comment “All women should stay in the household. An academic record means nothing for them.” But it turns out that baseball won’t be as easy as they thought. Especially if they’d like to beat the boys.
They need 9 members for the team and they have 4 members, currently. They just need 5 more members and they’re set. And also a coach… Which I think it’s Anna-sensei, judging from the preview.
So will I be blogging this anime?
…
YES!

This series really has a very fun batch of seiyuus ^^. And I also love the ED theme of it. I’m totally looking forward to more of this anime ^__^.

I liked Kanae-san’s singing in the ED, too, and agree that when she’s singing as Amu, it’s a little held back but I love it all the same (cuz I practically worship this woman for all her SC! work, lol).
To be honest, the only similarity I heard between Koume’s voice and Amu’s was probably the “EHHH?!” part. Everything else was pretty distinct to Koume’s character which is very good. I was starting to feel a little afraid that they might’ve sound too much alike (since I’m so use to the Cool & Spicy tone) but am relieved it’s not. xD;
Mai Nakahara and Mamiko Noto really gave me a pleasant surprise, too. Then again, I never heard Mai Nakahara’s Oujo-sama voice so it’s a first and for Mamiko Noto, there’s Haruka already. Yuki sounds nothing like her, though. Another plus. ^^
Glad to hear you’ll be blogging this. Hope it’ll be interesting enough to continue blogging.

Yeah, Koume’s “EHHH?!” and whenever she would kinda freak out would be the times I’d hear it. I’m actually a bit happy also that she doesn’t sound a lot like Amu.
