Very nice expression!!! Oh god, chibi Sawako is a really cute touch to the package, but it isn’t just her as we see. The few other characters are allowing the series to become more touching.

It’s okay, I understand your coldness. :/ Most RL ppl (unacquainted) tend to avoid me because I come off a very cold person… never really thought about that in relation to this series, but it does bring some identification into it… always welcome

There is only one other show that I would place in the same box as Kimi ni Todoke and thats Aishiteruze Baby and it has taken me a while to analyze why I classify it like this.

Innocence. Sawako and Yuzu both are truly innocent. There are plenty of anime girls that act innocent but by episode 12 are lining up to ride the male leads jock, this doesn’t happen in AB or KnT. Yuzu is five and behaves as such and Sawako has those feeling for Kazehaya but truly does not know what they are. This appeals to me because there is no sexual tension in these shows, just love. Love of friends, love of a parent or love for someone we respect.

Thats super refreshing to quote Sawako.

Well, from the above words on the post really tells a lot “Why is Kimi ni Todoke a great anime series?”

I can tell that this is not your typical romance, or generic anime that can be judged by it’s appearance, it’s like watching a dramatic and engrossment movie ’cause it touched my heart since episode 2, highly sensible content that makes things explainable and a true life story which happens inevitably in one’s life.

I bet one of the best anime this year, nuff said.
