Rikuo is starting to take more action but it’s more that he’s forced to rather than him actually taking the initiative to be active. I really hope that he pushes himself to become stronger instead of the story pushing him to get stronger. But seeing as Rikuo was willing to just give up anything (the right to be the 3rd heir) in order to just maybe save the girls shows that the naive Rikuo still has a lot to learn before he starts to become physically stronger.
Yura actually redeemed herself somewhat this episode by trying to protect Kana and being strong in front of the rat faces. But I’m still not too crazy about her
I also was reminded of Rukia from Bleach~ don’t know exactly why though.
The episode had some random scenes of a different art style. Since it was the first time they did this it seemed quite odd. But it was really nice
just completely out of place. I hope the future episodes continue to do that but without making it seem too weird.
