Favorite phrase: “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow, but woe to him that is alone when he falleth, for he hath not another to help him up. If two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him, and a three-fold cord is not quickly broken.” – The Grapes of Wrath
History
My first real Anime I watched, if I can correctly recall back, was Dragon Ball Z. Dragon Ball Z was what I considered to be one of the best Animation ever made and currently still like it. It was something which most people consider the “grandfather” of action Anime as well, most action shows show similar scenes. The next thing I saw was Sailor Moon. I was dragged into it and really, never liked it. It aroused me, as a small lad, if you want to the truth. I can’t remember exactly what I saw next, but my big guess is Ranma 1/2. Or maybe it was Pokemon/Digimon. Regardless, that was one ecchi show that I liked. It first introduced to me Transformation (i.e. Boy to Girl) but I never knew such a word for that really existed. I just enjoyed it because of the bewbs and harem.
I later watched other shows like Suzumiya Haruhi and Fate/Stay Night and felt that those shows were the best of the best – de clem de la clem. Hell, everyone said it was great so I just followed the crowd. But eh, now I’m not really following it as I’ve compared and contrast and well, the two really aren’t that special. I’m not even sure of why I thought it such a great show anymore. If you want to know the truth, right now I only consider Code Geass Season I to be a big hit. Most other shows haven’t made me want to watch it non-stop for days like it did.
How did Aizen start Blogging?
It all started when I saw Random Curiosity‘s blog. I guess you can say that he is a big hit in the AniBlogSphere as I’ve seen a few people who’ve started blogs because of him as well. I never planned to even blog, if you want to know the truth. But once I saw that Hayate no Gotoku wasn’t blogged about anymore, I thought I should “take its place”. Dubious to the outside internet world, I thought I was the only one blogging it. As time passed, I noticed that there were various people who blogged it. As time went by, I started to get bored of blogging as well since my hobby of coding was taking over. In fact, I spent too much time to blog and so I nearly thought of forking it. Then came a realization to me, from starting to read other blogs: There isn’t one type of method to blog. So I started to play with the different types of blogging style and found that having a post with big images (with less than 10 of them, usually) usually made me enjoy blogging.
So that’s my story. I probably jumped a bunch of my Anime history but meh, if you have any questions you can always e-mail me.
